Shipping Frequently Asked Questions ships almost primarily with USPS. There are some items which may get shipped with UPS, but this is dependent on the package. Items under 1 pound will almost always get shipped First Class mail which is a 1-3 day turn around. However, during peak times of year shipment delivery can take up to 5 days with First Class mail. All items over 1lb will be shipped priority 2 day / 3 day mail. Please note that Priority times are not guaranteed

Please note this is one of the most frequent questions we get asked. So to demystify this as its usually 1 of 3 reasons:

  1. On the shipping tracking information it states your item is being prepared for shipping. It does not mean its been shipped. All items will usually ship within 24-48 hours, all this means is that its gone into production and is slated to be printed and shipped. We create a label for every product as we are a commercial printer who processes sometimes thousands of orders a week. This is how our chain works and how we usually get items to you so fast!
  2.  The USPS or UPS (rare on UPS) missed the scan on entry. This happens from time to time and frequently happens near weekends. The USPS employee simply sends the item to it distribution center without scanning the item. Depending on the distribution center it can take up to 2 days for the item to be scanned again for its final destination. By this point, tracking is usually worthless since the item gets usually delivered from that point in 24 hours.
  3. The last case and hopefully not the case, USPS decided to lose the package. Not to worry reach out to us 855-543-7628 and we will take care of you.

Voyageprint has your back, our policy is if an item arrives damaged we will replace it. However, please note that claims of damage must be entered within 3 days of the items delivery. We will not refund any custom item. Our sole policy is to replace the item. This policy is the policy of every printer in the world. As you can understand sometime we get get the whole buyers remorse and or the fact that you purchased a grand backdrop for an event. However, our policy is simply to replace the item if it arrives damaged. We will not offer a refund.

Yes, via the many platforms we use, typically this option is already available. On we do not offer this. However, if you request it upon ordering we can separately invoice you for expedited shipping. Just please contact us immediately upon ordering

Not a chance. We are not responsible after the item leaves our facilities. We do our best to quote you estimated times of arrival. But these are estimates and no employee has the ability of changing this policy. It is simply “possible” and “we will try our best”, but there are no guaranteed delivery dates.

If your item weighs less than 2 ounces or the cost of your item is under 14.00 we send automatically first class mail no tracking.
