Exchanges/ Returns

If you would like to make an exchange of an item already delivered, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Determination is made by Voyageprint. Simply return your item to the shipping address below. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and will not be refunded after any refund or exchange. Please reach out to us via our online chat feature to get a return authorization number. Additionally, a 20 percent restocking fee of either the items price or $10.00 fee whichever is less will be deducted from any credit.

Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a gift card credit via your email at the time of purchase for the price of the item(s). This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds for any item we sell unless the error was our error. 

***All exchanges being sent back to Voyageprint must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original package.***

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on any holiday related items. All sales are indeed final. As such, please ensure that sizing, customization, is correct prior to purchase.

Any exchanged packages postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by Voyageprint and returned to sender.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS MADE BY US

If an error is made by Voyageprint, at our discretion we will replace the item at our cost for both the item and the return shipment. There will be no need to return or exchange any item received. You can simply discard the item(s). Any errors or damaged items must be notified to us within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We require a photograph of any damage or discrepancy. No exceptions. We will not however offer any cash refunds based on time or date needed. All sales are indeed final the moment the item is shipped by Voyageprint.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please  allow up to 14 business days for your package to be delivered. If your package still has not been delivered after 14 business days please contact us directly.

Since all items we send are insured, we have a process for insurance based refunds. This is the only reason we will offer a cash refund. If an item is deemed lost by USPS, UPS or Fed ex and you no longer want the item(s). We will process the order as a cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation policy is simple. If the item is still here you can cancel. If the item is shipped then no cancellation requests will be honored. 

RUSH FEES

In no event will any rush fee be refunded or credited.
