VoyagePrint Commercial Terms of Sale & Customer Agreement
This master agreement governs every order and incorporates the policies that follow on this same page.
Part I — The Relationship
Who VoyagePrint is, when these terms apply, and how an order becomes binding.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service and Sale (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Ground Level Printing, LLC, doing business as VoyagePrint (“VoyagePrint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and each person or entity that visits voyageprint.com, creates an account, uploads content, requests a quote, places an order, or purchases products or services from us (“you” or “customer”).
By using the Site or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. When you place an order for another person, team, organization, business, or other third party, you represent that you have authority to act for that party and agree to communicate all applicable restrictions to them.
Order-specific terms shown on a product page, quote, proof, invoice, checkout page, marketplace listing, or written agreement are incorporated into these Terms. If a separately signed written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls only to the extent of the conflict. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Back to top ↑2. Important Custom-Order and Refund Notice
ALL CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, PRINTED-TO-ORDER, AND MADE-TO-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL ONCE PRODUCTION BEGINS. VoyagePrint does not provide returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, event cancellation, changes in preference, customer-supplied errors, ordinary manufacturing tolerances, estimated delivery dates, or products that have been delivered as ordered.
- A custom order cannot be canceled or changed after production begins.
- A verified production defect, omission, or VoyagePrint error is handled under the limited-remedy process in these Terms, ordinarily by correction, reprint, replacement, package-price credit, or another remedy selected by VoyagePrint.
- A refund is issued only when VoyagePrint expressly authorizes it or when applicable law requires it, including certain unshipped or unavailable merchandise situations.
- Noncustom merchandise may be returned only when the product page or written order terms expressly identify it as returnable.
This policy should be reviewed before you order. The version presented or linked at the time of purchase governs that order.
Back to top ↑3. Eligibility, Authority, and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Account, billing, shipping, contact, and payment information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by VoyagePrint.
VoyagePrint may decline, cancel, limit, suspend, or refuse an order or future service for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unlawful content, repeated payment disputes, operational limitations, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.
Back to top ↑4. Orders, Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise identified. Prices, product availability, production capacity, shipping options, and promotional offers may change before an order is submitted. A quote is not binding until accepted in writing and paid as required.
You authorize VoyagePrint and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the order total, taxes, shipping, handling, design services, rush services, carrier adjustments, address-correction charges, duties advanced on your behalf, and other charges disclosed before or arising from your requested transaction.
Production does not begin until payment and required files, instructions, and approvals are received, unless VoyagePrint has approved written credit terms. Design fees, setup fees, stock-image fees, list fees, postage, rush fees, access-point fees, and work already performed are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
VoyagePrint may correct obvious pricing, typographical, product-configuration, or technical errors before production. If a material correction increases the price, we will request approval or cancel the affected order and refund the affected unproduced amount.
Back to top ↑5. When Production Begins
An order is “In Production” when any production-specific work begins, including automated image processing, file preparation, proof preparation, design work, imposition, material allocation, printing, cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging, or other custom manufacturing activity.
Automated products, including Team Heads and similar products, may enter production immediately after checkout. No proof, cancellation, or change is available unless the product page or a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Back to top ↑Part II — Custom Manufacturing
Your responsibilities for artwork and approvals, and the practical standards that govern made-to-order production.
6. Customer Content, Image Rights, and Permissions
You are solely responsible for every photograph, image, logo, design, name, likeness, mailing list, text, file, or other material you upload or provide (“Customer Content”). You represent and warrant that you own the Customer Content or have all permissions, releases, licenses, privacy rights, publicity rights, and intellectual-property rights necessary for VoyagePrint to use it as instructed.
For every identifiable person in Customer Content, you represent that you have permission to submit and reproduce that person’s image or likeness. If an identifiable person is under 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian or have written authorization from the parent or legal guardian. VoyagePrint is not responsible for independently verifying age, identity, ownership, or consent, but may request supporting documentation and may refuse or suspend an order if documentation is not provided.
You grant VoyagePrint a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, crop, resize, edit, enhance, reproduce, print, manufacture, transmit, and otherwise use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to quote, design, proof, produce, fulfill, support, document, and resolve your order.
Unless you opt out in writing, you also grant VoyagePrint a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display the finished product or an order image in our portfolio, samples, product examples, advertising, and internal review materials. You may opt out before ordering or later by emailing admin@voyageprint.com with enough information to identify the content. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue future use, but cannot guarantee removal from materials already printed, archived, distributed, cached, reposted, or controlled by third parties.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Covered Parties harmless from claims arising from Customer Content, missing permissions, infringement, privacy or publicity violations, or instructions supplied by you.
Back to top ↑7. Content Restrictions and Order Refusal
You may not submit content or instructions that are unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, malicious, or that contain malware or harmful code. VoyagePrint may refuse content that, in our good-faith judgment, may violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, payment-processor rules, safety requirements, or our production standards. We are not required to disclose internal review criteria.
Back to top ↑8. Artwork, File Preparation, and Customer Responsibility
VoyagePrint may inspect files for production suitability, but this review is not proofreading, legal clearance, or a guarantee that we will identify every problem. You remain fully responsible for spelling, grammar, punctuation, dates, names, numbers, layout, orientation, resolution, image quality, transparency, overprint, fonts, margins, bleed, crop, color mode, sizing, quantity, finishing selections, and the correct file being uploaded.
VoyagePrint is not responsible for errors caused by:
- spelling, punctuation, grammar, dates, names, or factual mistakes;
- low-resolution, blurry, compressed, pixelated, damaged, or incomplete images;
- missing, damaged, substituted, or unembedded fonts;
- transparency, overprint, clipping-path, layering, or file-conversion issues;
- files not prepared to our specifications;
- Pantone, RGB, screen, or other color conversions to a production color space;
- customer-selected size, quantity, material, finish, orientation, shipping option, or product configuration;
- duplicate orders, duplicate files, incorrect uploads, or incorrect instructions;
- customer-supplied or customer-approved crop, cut line, placement, or proportion;
- incorrect or undeliverable billing or shipping information; or
- damage, alteration, misuse, installation, storage, exposure, or handling after delivery.
Do not provide irreplaceable original artwork or one-of-a-kind physical materials. Although we take reasonable care, VoyagePrint is not responsible for loss of or damage to originals except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Back to top ↑9. Proofs and Approvals
A digital proof is provided only when requested, purchased, or expressly included. If no proof is requested, VoyagePrint may approve the file for production using its production judgment. A proofed order does not enter production until approval is received, unless the proof is waived or the customer fails to respond after VoyagePrint gives written notice that production will proceed under the order instructions.
A proof is the customer’s final opportunity to review layout, content, crop, bleed, spelling, punctuation, image placement, and product configuration. You must compare the proof against your source material and instructions. Approval transfers responsibility for approved content and layout to you.
Digital proofs are not accurate predictors of physical color, density, finish, texture, transparency behavior, reflective appearance, material response, or exact size. Hard-copy proofs may be available for an added charge and add production time. Hard-copy proofs are produced on representative materials and may still vary from final production.
Back to top ↑10. Color, Size, Cut, Material, and Manufacturing Tolerances
Printing and custom manufacturing involve normal variation. Displays, lighting, inks, coatings, fabrics, substrates, equipment, batches, finishing methods, and environmental conditions affect appearance. VoyagePrint does not guarantee an exact match to a monitor, prior order, sample, Pantone color, RGB value, photograph, or other reference unless a separate written specification expressly provides otherwise.
All listed sizes and measurements are approximate. Reasonable variation may occur in cut shape, edge smoothness, contour placement, crop, hair and fine-detail retention, alignment, sewing, folds, coatings, ink density, color, texture, material dimensions, and finished size. Cracking at folds and minor edge or cutting variation may occur and are not defects when within customary production tolerance.
UV coatings, laminates, fabrics, and other finishing processes may change perceived color or gloss. Reprints are not available solely for ordinary color, density, crop, cut, smell, texture, or size variation.
Back to top ↑11. Fabric and Textile Products
Newly printed fabric and textile products may have a temporary ink or production odor. This is a normal characteristic and is not a defect. VoyagePrint does not use solvent-based inks for the textile products described in these Terms.
Cotton and quilted fabric products may be printed, steamed, washed, dried, and pressed as part of production. This production process is not a substitute for consumer laundering. Customers should wash textile products before use in accordance with appropriate care instructions. All custom fabric orders are final.
Back to top ↑12. Quantity Variances and Package-Priced Products
For gang-run and high-volume print products, final quantity may vary by up to plus or minus 10% unless the product page or written agreement states otherwise. An underrun within that tolerance is accepted as full performance. If an underrun exceeds 10%, VoyagePrint may, at its option, produce the shortage or issue store credit or a refund for the amount attributable to pieces beyond the allowed tolerance.
Some products, including Team Heads, are sold as packages based on design preparation, production, handling, workflow, and fulfillment—not as separately priced individual pieces. Individual items or duplicate copies in a package do not acquire a pro-rata value by dividing the package total by the number of players, parents, participants, images, or pieces.
If a package-priced order contains an omission, any credit or refund authorized by VoyagePrint will be based on the difference between the package price paid and the applicable package price for the quantity actually delivered, not on a customer’s private allocation or collection of the order cost. VoyagePrint may instead provide replacement pieces or another appropriate remedy. Except where law requires otherwise, the remedy selected by VoyagePrint is the customer’s exclusive remedy for the omitted pieces.
Back to top ↑13. Cancellation and Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after production begins. Before production begins, VoyagePrint may approve a cancellation subject to work performed and the following administrative charges:
- Orders canceled before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the order date may, at VoyagePrint’s discretion, receive a refund or store credit, less nonrefundable third-party charges and work already performed.
- Orders under $100 generally have no cancellation fee if no production work has begun.
- Orders from $100 through $499.99 may be charged a $15 cancellation fee.
- Orders of $500 or more may be charged 3.5% of the order total.
Completed orders awaiting shipment or pickup cannot be canceled. Design, setup, proof, stock-image, list, postage, rush, and third-party fees remain nonrefundable once incurred.
Back to top ↑Part III — Remedies, Production, and Delivery
What happens after production begins, how problems are reported, and how shipping and international fulfillment work.
14. Returns, Refunds, Reprints, and Limited Remedies
Custom products are manufactured specifically for the customer and are not returnable or refundable after production begins. VoyagePrint does not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the item, cancels or misses an event, dislikes an approved design, selected the wrong option, supplied incorrect information, failed to collect a package, or expected a result outside the written product description and ordinary production tolerances.
Noncustom items are returnable only if expressly marked returnable. When authorized, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging using the instructions provided. VoyagePrint may deny or reduce credit for used, worn, altered, incomplete, damaged, or materially different returns.
For a verified VoyagePrint production defect, manufacturing error, or omission, VoyagePrint may choose to correct, repair, reprint, replace, issue store credit, issue a package-price adjustment, or provide another remedy required by law. Cash refunds are not the default remedy. The customer must give VoyagePrint a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide the selected remedy.
No refund or credit exceeds the amount paid for the affected product or service. Shipping, taxes, design services, rush charges, postage, access-point charges, list charges, duties, and unrelated order amounts are excluded unless expressly included by VoyagePrint or required by law.
Back to top ↑15. Reporting Defects, Damage, or Missing Pieces
Visible shipping damage must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery or pickup. Production defects, manufacturing errors, and missing pieces must be reported in writing within seven calendar days after delivery or pickup. Reports must include the order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any other information reasonably requested.
You must retain the product and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. VoyagePrint may require return of the affected item and will provide return instructions when return is necessary. Failure to provide timely documentation, preserve the item, or reasonably cooperate may prevent verification and may result in denial of a discretionary remedy.
These reporting periods are claim-verification procedures and do not eliminate rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Back to top ↑16. Production and Turnaround Times
Production time begins only after VoyagePrint has received full payment, acceptable print-ready files, required information, and proof approval when applicable. Design time, file correction, proofing, customer response time, mailing preparation, and shipping transit are separate from production time.
Unless expressly labeled in writing as a guaranteed ship date, production and target-arrival dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, carrier closures, and days on which required customer information is missing are not business days.
If VoyagePrint cannot ship within a specifically promised time or within the time required by applicable law, VoyagePrint will provide any delay notice, consent option, cancellation, or refund required by law. No policy in these Terms eliminates a nonwaivable right concerning unshipped merchandise.
Back to top ↑17. Rush Services
Rush service changes production priority; it does not purchase or guarantee carrier transit unless a separate guaranteed shipping service is selected and expressly confirmed. Rush fees compensate VoyagePrint for rescheduling production and are nonrefundable once rush handling begins, even if the product later requires correction or a carrier delays delivery.
When a written rush commitment guarantees shipment within 48 business hours and VoyagePrint fails to ship within that period for reasons within our control, the rush fee—not the full order price—may be refunded. Carrier pickup, transit, weather, access-point processing, and final delivery remain outside the rush production commitment.
Back to top ↑18. Shipping, Carriers, and Delivery
VoyagePrint may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, local delivery services, access points, or another reasonable carrier. We may change carriers or service levels when we reasonably believe the change will not materially harm the expected delivery objective.
Shipping and target-arrival dates are estimates based on business days and do not include the day of carrier pickup, weekends, holidays, customs processing, or delays caused by weather, labor disruptions, illness, equipment failure, security events, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside VoyagePrint’s reasonable control.
VoyagePrint’s production responsibility is satisfied when the correctly addressed shipment is tendered to the carrier, subject to any nonwaivable risk-of-loss and consumer-protection rules. We will reasonably assist with eligible carrier claims, but do not guarantee carrier approval.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address and for monitoring tracking. Address corrections, interceptions, forwarding, storage, redelivery, return-to-sender, access-point, and reshipment charges caused by customer information or conduct are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery scans, signed receipts, geolocation data, photographs, access-point records, and carrier records may be used as evidence of delivery.
VoyagePrint is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, refusal, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery, placement at a location authorized by the customer or carrier, or pickup by the customer or their agent.
Back to top ↑19. Lost, Delayed, Returned, and Abandoned Shipments
A shipment is not considered lost solely because tracking is delayed or an event date has passed. VoyagePrint may require completion of the carrier’s investigation or a reasonable waiting period. When a shipment is confirmed lost, VoyagePrint may provide an exact replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, depending on the product, timing, carrier coverage, and applicable law.
A package returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed pickup, unpaid duty, or customer unavailability is not a lost package. Reshipment requires payment of new shipping and any carrier charges. Custom products returned to VoyagePrint remain nonrefundable.
Pickup orders and returned shipments may be held for 30 days after written notice. After that period, VoyagePrint may recycle, destroy, donate, or otherwise dispose of the items without refund or liability.
Back to top ↑20. Economy, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and International Transit
Economy services may use delivery confirmation rather than continuous tracking and may take significantly longer than expedited services. Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international destinations may require three weeks or more, and international economy delivery may require 30 days or longer.
For economy shipping, the ordinary remedy for a verified lost or damaged custom item is an exact replacement, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. Customers should contact VoyagePrint after the stated tracking or delivery period has passed.
Back to top ↑21. International Orders, Duties, and Customs
The customer is the importer of record unless written order terms state otherwise. The customer is responsible for import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage, tariffs, inspections, permits, local taxes, and other destination charges. Amounts paid to VoyagePrint do not include these charges unless expressly stated.
Customs delays are outside VoyagePrint’s control. Refusal or abandonment because the customer cannot or will not pay duties or complete import requirements does not create a right to cancel, return, or refund a custom order. International custom sales are final, subject to remedies that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Back to top ↑Part IV — Special Products and Sales Channels
Additional rules for Cooperstown Team Heads, mailing services, third-party tools, and marketplace orders.
22. Team Heads for Cooperstown / Oneonta, New York
The following additional terms apply to Team Heads ordered for pickup or delivery through the designated Oneonta, New York location serving Cooperstown-area events:
- Eligible Team Heads may be shipped to: The UPS Store, 5001 NY-23, Suite 3, Oneonta, NY 13820, only when the applicable Cooperstown/Oneonta delivery option is selected or expressly authorized by VoyagePrint.
- Team Heads are automated custom products. They may enter production immediately, cannot be canceled, and ordinarily do not receive proofs. Automated cropping and production may create reasonable variation in size, hair or fine-detail retention, contour, placement, and color.
- Only eligible Team Heads may use the designated Oneonta address. Banners, frames, props, unrelated products, combined products, and any other unauthorized items may not be shipped there unless VoyagePrint expressly agrees in writing and the applicable shipping or access-point charge is paid.
- Unauthorized shipments may be refused, returned, rerouted, delayed, held, or assessed pickup, storage, forwarding, address-correction, carrier, or access-point charges. The customer is responsible for all such consequences and charges.
- The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking, complying with access-point identification and pickup rules, collecting the shipment during available hours, and arranging forwarding if the customer cannot attend or collect it.
- Shipping damage must be documented on the pickup date with photographs of the product, package, and label and reported to admin@voyageprint.com. Because these products are event-sensitive, VoyagePrint may provide store credit, package-price credit, or another remedy instead of an event-time replacement, except where law requires otherwise.
- If the items do not arrive before the event because of a carrier delay, the custom order remains final. The customer’s ordinary options are delivery at the original destination, forwarding at the customer’s expense, or, when authorized by VoyagePrint, abandonment in exchange for a discretionary store credit not exceeding 50% of the affected merchandise price.
- All photographs must be submitted with the photographer’s and depicted persons’ permissions. The customer assumes responsibility for copyright, privacy, publicity, and team authorization.
- Team Heads are package-priced. Individual pieces and duplicates are not valued by dividing the package total among players, parents, or participants. Any approved credit for omitted pieces is calculated under Section 12.
23. Mailing Services and Mailing Lists
Customers using printing, mailing, or list services are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable postal, marketing, privacy, consent, consumer-protection, and advertising laws. VoyagePrint may act on the customer’s instructions but does not provide legal compliance advice.
Customer-uploaded mailing lists remain the customer’s property and will be used to perform the requested services. The customer is responsible for accuracy and for removing confidential notes or information not intended for recipients. VoyagePrint may use vendors to process mailing services and rented lists.
Rented lists remain subject to the list provider’s license and may not be transferred or resold. Unless different written terms apply, VoyagePrint offers a 92% address-delivery guarantee on rented consumer lists and an 85% address-delivery guarantee on rented business lists when mailed within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee concerns mailing-address deliverability only. An approved credit is calculated at $0.40 per failed address falling between actual delivery and the stated guarantee.
Mailing dates are estimates. VoyagePrint’s responsibility ends when the mailing is accepted by the USPS or applicable mailing facility. VoyagePrint is not responsible for postal delays, non-delivery, returned mail, recipient response, campaign performance, loss of business, or consequential damages.
For a verified VoyagePrint printing or mailing error, the available remedy is correction and remailing as reasonably practicable, with liability limited to the amount paid for the affected printing or mailing work. Postage is nonrefundable after the mailing has been delivered to the postal service.
Back to top ↑24. Third-Party Stock Content, Tools, and Services
VoyagePrint may provide access to stock images, fonts, templates, design elements, software, payment processors, shipping services, marketplaces, and other third-party tools. Third-party license fees are final once purchased or used. The customer must comply with applicable third-party terms.
Design elements and tools are nonexclusive and may be available to other customers. VoyagePrint does not guarantee that a design assembled from shared elements is unique or legally available as a trademark, brand, or protected design. Customers should obtain independent legal advice before adopting a design as intellectual property.
Back to top ↑25. Marketplace Orders
VoyagePrint may sell through Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces. The marketplace’s mandatory transaction and buyer-protection rules apply to the extent required by that platform. These Terms supplement the marketplace terms and govern VoyagePrint’s production standards, customer-content responsibilities, custom-order limitations, and remedies to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory marketplace rules.
Back to top ↑Part V — Payment Disputes and Customer Communication
How disagreements are handled, what evidence may be used, and the boundary between honest criticism and coercive conduct.
26. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A chargeback is not a substitute for contacting VoyagePrint about a fulfillment issue. Before initiating a non-fraud payment dispute, customers should provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide the remedy available under these Terms.
VoyagePrint may submit order records, proofs, approvals, production logs, tracking, delivery evidence, correspondence, photographs, and these Terms to a payment processor or financial institution. Initiating an unsupported chargeback may result in suspension or closure of the customer’s account and refusal of future orders for a lawful business reason.
When a customer claims that a delivered product is defective or materially not as described, VoyagePrint may require the customer to preserve and return the product as part of the investigation. VoyagePrint will provide return instructions and will pay reasonable return shipping when it determines that a return is necessary to evaluate a verified VoyagePrint error, except where different rules are imposed by a marketplace or payment provider.
Back to top ↑27. Reviews, Coercive Demands, and Respectful Communication
VoyagePrint does not prohibit or penalize honest consumer reviews, including critical reviews. Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer from sharing a lawful and truthful opinion, reporting suspected unlawful conduct, communicating with a regulator, or exercising a nonwaivable right.
VoyagePrint may end informal negotiations, limit communications to a designated written channel, preserve evidence, refuse future service, or pursue lawful remedies when communications include harassment, threats of violence, doxxing, knowingly false factual statements, impersonation, unlawful interference, or a demand that VoyagePrint provide money, free products, or unrelated concessions in exchange for withholding, deleting, changing, or preventing a review or public statement.
Disagreement, criticism, or a stated intention to leave an honest review does not by itself violate this section. Customer-service communications are provided exclusively in writing by email or web-based messaging so that both parties have an accurate record.
Back to top ↑Part VI — Website, Content, Privacy, and Intellectual Property
Rules for using the site, protecting VoyagePrint content, copyright notices, privacy, and third-party services.
28. Site Use and Prohibited Conduct
The Site may be used only for lawful browsing, account management, order submission, and communication with VoyagePrint. Without written permission, you may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, inject code into, bypass security for, or use automated systems to access the Site, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or tools expressly authorized by VoyagePrint.
You may not impersonate another person, submit false or fraudulent orders, use invalid payment credentials, conceal the origin of communications, collect information about users, access the Site for unlawful competitive intelligence, distribute malware, or circumvent controls designed to enforce these Terms.
Back to top ↑29. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Site and its content—including software, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, layouts, icons, templates, trade dress, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Ground Level Printing, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. VoyagePrint, VoyagePrint.com, and related names and marks are trademarks or service marks of Ground Level Printing, LLC or their respective owners.
You may print or electronically save limited portions of the Site for your personal use in evaluating or managing a purchase. No other reproduction, republication, distribution, modification, framing, commercial use, or linking that implies endorsement is permitted without written consent.
Back to top ↑30. DMCA Copyright Notices
A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material on the Site infringes a U.S. copyright may submit a notice containing the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the claimed infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
DMCA notices should be sent to: Ground Level Printing, LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 27430 Bostik Ct., Suite 107, Temecula, CA 92590; email: admin@voyageprint.com. A knowingly false notice may create liability. This contact is for copyright notices, not ordinary customer-service claims.
Back to top ↑31. Feedback and Suggestions
Ideas, feature requests, workflow suggestions, and other voluntary feedback sent directly to VoyagePrint may be used without restriction or compensation. This section does not transfer ownership of Customer Content or consumer reviews and does not limit rights protected by the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
Back to top ↑32. Privacy and Electronic Communications
VoyagePrint’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared and is incorporated by reference. By using the Site, uploading content, or placing an order, you consent to electronic communications and transaction records. Customers outside the United States acknowledge that information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable privacy law.
Official customer-service and order communications are provided in writing. Email and account notices are deemed received when sent to the address supplied by the customer, unless VoyagePrint receives a delivery-failure notice.
Back to top ↑33. Third-Party Links and Services
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. VoyagePrint does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, products, policies, or results. Use of third-party sites and services is at the customer’s own risk and subject to their terms.
Back to top ↑Part VII — Legal Allocation of Risk
The warranties, liability limits, indemnities, dispute rules, notices, and other provisions that define the legal relationship.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VOYAGEPRINT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES CONCERNING SITE AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE WRITTEN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, APPROVED PROOF WHEN APPLICABLE, ORDINARY PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES, AND THE LIMITED REMEDIES IN THESE TERMS. VOYAGEPRINT DOES NOT OFFER A GENERAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
Back to top ↑35. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUND LEVEL PRINTING, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (THE “COVERED PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, OR EVENT EXPENSES; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM DELAY, CARRIER PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY OCCUR.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COVERED PARTIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM AN ORDER, PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO VOYAGEPRINT FOR THE SPECIFIC AFFECTED PRODUCT OR SERVICE. These limitations do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.
Back to top ↑36. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Covered Parties harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, damages, and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your Customer Content, instructions, use of the Site, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement or misuse of third-party rights, dispute with a third party, or order placed for another person or entity. VoyagePrint may control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate.
Back to top ↑37. Suspension and Termination
VoyagePrint may suspend or terminate access to the Site, an account, an order before production, or future service for a lawful reason. Termination may include removal of account access and deletion of stored files, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and record-retention requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—remain effective.
Back to top ↑38. Changes to the Site and These Terms
VoyagePrint may modify the Site, products, prices, features, production methods, carriers, and future terms. Updated Terms apply prospectively when posted or when otherwise presented for acceptance. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless the parties later agree in writing or a change is required by law. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance for future use and future orders.
Back to top ↑39. Governing Law, Venue, and Time to Bring Claims
These Terms and transactions with VoyagePrint are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s nonwaivable consumer law applies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or a VoyagePrint transaction must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Nothing in this section prevents VoyagePrint from seeking lawful relief in another jurisdiction when needed to enforce rights against fraud, infringement, misuse of property, or unlawful conduct and jurisdiction is otherwise proper.
A claim must be commenced within one year after it accrues, except when applicable law prohibits shortening the limitations period. A prevailing party may recover costs and attorneys’ fees only to the extent authorized by contract and applicable law.
Back to top ↑40. California Consumer Notice
California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
Back to top ↑41. Notices and Written Customer Service
Customer service and formal order communications are provided in writing. Contact VoyagePrint at admin@voyageprint.com or through the Site’s written messaging tools.
Postal notices may be sent to: VoyagePrint / Ground Level Printing, LLC, 27430 Bostik Ct., Suite 107, Temecula, CA 92590. Notices to a customer may be sent to the email or physical address supplied with the order or account.
Back to top ↑42. Miscellaneous
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, product-page terms, checkout disclosures, accepted quotes, proofs, invoices, and incorporated written policies constitute the entire agreement for the subject matter of the transaction and replace prior oral or written discussions concerning that subject matter.
Headings are for convenience only. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. No agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, employment, or franchise relationship is created. VoyagePrint may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, asset sale, or business transfer; the customer may not assign an order without written consent.
Force majeure and events outside reasonable control—including carrier failures, severe weather, fire, flood, utility or internet outage, equipment breakdown, labor disruption, public emergency, government action, supply shortage, illness, cyber incident, or transportation interruption—excuse affected performance for the duration of the event, subject to any cancellation or refund rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
Back to top ↑Product, Service, Privacy & Dispute Policies
The following policies form part of the same agreement and are presented below as sections of this single page.
Refund & Limited Remedies Policy
Why custom sales are final, how verified errors are handled, and when a replacement, credit, or refund may be available.
Sections in this policy
The Core Rule
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, custom, personalized, printed-to-order, cut-to-order, and made-to-order products are ALL SALES FINAL once Production begins.
Custom products are not eligible for return or cash refund because of buyer’s remorse, event cancellation, changed plans, duplicate purchase, customer ordering error, inability to use the product, or dissatisfaction based on a preference that was not made an express order requirement.
Back to top ↑When Production Begins
Production begins when VoyagePrint performs or commits order-specific work, including image processing, design, proof preparation, file setup, machine programming, material allocation, scheduling, printing, cutting, finishing, or packaging. Automated products may enter Production immediately after checkout.
Once Production begins, cancellation and changes are unavailable except where VoyagePrint agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Back to top ↑Pre-Production Cancellations
VoyagePrint may approve a cancellation before Production. Approved cancellations may be reduced by payment-processing fees, design or proof charges, stock-image charges, setup work, administrative costs, and other nonrecoverable expenses already incurred.
A voluntary pre-production cancellation is not guaranteed merely because the request was submitted shortly after checkout.
Back to top ↑Verified VoyagePrint Errors
A verified VoyagePrint error is a material production defect, wrong product, material omission, or other failure directly caused by VoyagePrint and not resulting from customer content, approval, instructions, normal manufacturing tolerance, or carrier performance.
For a verified error, VoyagePrint may provide correction, repair, reprint, replacement, replacement of the affected portion, package-price adjustment, store credit, refund, or another commercially reasonable remedy. Unless mandatory law requires a different result, VoyagePrint selects the remedy.
Back to top ↑What Is Not a Defect
- ordinary color, crop, cut, size, material, texture, finishing, registration, or machine variation within commercial tolerances;
- low-resolution, blurry, compressed, cropped, dark, or otherwise limited customer images;
- spelling, dates, names, quantities, addresses, product selections, or other customer-supplied information;
- content visible on an approved proof;
- temporary fabric or ink odor associated with production;
- carrier delay, routing error, customs processing, theft after delivery, or event timing.
Reporting a Problem
Visible shipping damage, package shortage, wrong items, and omissions should be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery or pickup. Other claimed manufacturing defects should be reported within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.
Claims should include the order number, a clear description, photographs of the entire product and affected area, packaging photographs when relevant, and any other reasonable evidence requested. The customer must preserve the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Back to top ↑Returns and Inspection
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned at the customer’s expense. When VoyagePrint determines that return inspection is necessary, VoyagePrint will provide written instructions and will address reasonable return shipping as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Using, modifying, installing, discarding, or destroying the claimed product before the review is complete may prevent verification and limit available remedies.
Back to top ↑Package-Priced Products
Package pricing reflects design preparation, workflow, production, handling, and fulfillment efficiencies. Individual pieces and duplicate copies are not assigned a retail price by dividing the package total by the number of participants, players, parents, or items.
For an omission in a package-priced order, any authorized monetary adjustment is calculated using the difference between the package price paid and the applicable package price for the quantity actually delivered. VoyagePrint may instead replace the omitted pieces.
Back to top ↑Lost and Unshipped Merchandise
If VoyagePrint determines that merchandise was never shipped, became unavailable, or must be canceled under applicable shipping law, VoyagePrint will provide the legally required notice, cancellation right, refund, or other remedy. Store credit will not replace a cash refund where the law requires money to be returned.
A package that was shipped and later delayed, misrouted, or lost by a carrier is handled under the Shipping Policy and may be replaced, refunded, or otherwise resolved according to the evidence and applicable law.
Back to top ↑Goodwill Adjustments
A voluntary replacement, refund, discount, credit, or other accommodation is a one-time customer-service decision. It is not an admission of liability, a waiver of these policies, or a promise to provide the same accommodation in another matter.
Back to top ↑Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a remedy, warranty, cancellation right, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Where mandatory law provides a different result, that law controls only to the required extent.
Back to top ↑Shipping, Production & Delivery Policy
How VoyagePrint calculates turnaround, uses carriers, handles delayed or lost shipments, and separates manufacturing commitments from event timing.
Sections in this policy
Production Time and Transit Time
Production time begins only after VoyagePrint has received payment, usable files, required information, and any required approval. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment.
Business-day estimates exclude weekends and holidays unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Back to top ↑Estimated Dates
Estimated ship dates, target arrival dates, checkout dates, and carrier projections are based on normal conditions and are not guarantees unless VoyagePrint expressly states a written guarantee for the specific order.
A customer’s event date does not convert an estimate into a guarantee. Customers should order with enough time for production, transit, weather, and unexpected delay.
Back to top ↑Rush Service
A rush fee moves an eligible order into a priority production position and compensates VoyagePrint for operational disruption. Rush fees are nonrefundable once priority work begins.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, rush service guarantees neither a delivery date nor carrier transit. If a written rush ship commitment is missed solely because of VoyagePrint, the remedy is limited to the rush fee or other remedy stated in the order terms.
Back to top ↑Carrier Selection
VoyagePrint may ship through UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, freight providers, local couriers, consolidators, or another reasonable carrier. Operational substitutions may occur when they do not materially reduce the purchased service level.
VoyagePrint’s transportation obligation is to package, label, and tender the order appropriately. The carrier controls routing, scans, transportation, delivery attempts, and many delivery conditions.
Back to top ↑Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the shipping address, unit number, recipient name, access instructions, selected pickup point, and destination eligibility. VoyagePrint is not required to verify customer-provided information.
Address corrections, forwarding, return shipping, reshipment, pickup fees, storage, and carrier charges caused by customer information or destination restrictions are the customer’s responsibility.
Back to top ↑Delivery and Risk After Delivery
Delivery is established by carrier records showing delivery to the address, authorized agent, parcel locker, front desk, access point, commercial receiving location, or event pickup location selected for the order.
VoyagePrint is not responsible for porch theft, failure to retrieve, weather exposure after delivery, recipient refusal, access-point storage fees, or loss occurring after recorded delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Back to top ↑Carrier Delays
Weather, network congestion, missed connections, service disruptions, labor shortages, routing mistakes, customs, transportation failure, and inaccurate carrier estimates are outside VoyagePrint’s direct control.
A carrier delay does not ordinarily create a right to cancel a custom order, reject a later-delivered order, recover event expenses, or obtain consequential damages.
Back to top ↑Lost Shipments
A shipment is not considered lost merely because a scan is late or the estimated date passes. VoyagePrint may wait for carrier search procedures or a reasonable no-movement period before determining the appropriate remedy.
For a shipment determined to be lost before delivery, VoyagePrint may replace the order, issue store credit, issue a refund, or provide another legally sufficient remedy. Event urgency does not always make a replacement possible before the event.
Back to top ↑Damage in Transit
Shipping damage should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours with photographs of the outer box, shipping label, interior packaging, entire product, and damaged area.
The customer must cooperate with inspection and carrier procedures. Discarding the packaging or product may make a carrier claim impossible.
Back to top ↑Returned, Refused, and Abandoned Shipments
Returned shipments may be held for reshipment after the customer pays applicable return, correction, and reshipping costs. Products returned because of VoyagePrint’s verified address error will be corrected at VoyagePrint’s expense.
Unclaimed pickup orders and shipments abandoned at an access point may be recycled or disposed of after reasonable notice and are not refundable.
Back to top ↑Economy and Remote Destinations
Economy, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, remote-area, and consolidator services may take substantially longer than ordinary domestic ground service. Some economy services provide delivery confirmation rather than continuous tracking.
The remedy for a verified lost economy shipment may be replacement rather than refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Back to top ↑International Delivery
International orders may be delayed by customs, security screening, local carriers, duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage, import restrictions, or recipient documentation requirements.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import charges and compliance. Refusal or inability to pay import charges does not make a custom order refundable.
Back to top ↑Force Majeure
VoyagePrint is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, war, terrorism, governmental action, utility failure, cyberattack, carrier disruption, labor dispute, equipment failure, or material shortage.
VoyagePrint will resume performance as commercially reasonable and will provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
Back to top ↑Production Standards Policy
The practical color, cut, size, image, material, proof, and quantity standards used to evaluate custom-manufactured products.
Sections in this policy
Commercial Manufacturing Standard
Custom printing and cutting involve machinery, materials, environmental conditions, finishing, and human inspection. The finished product must be evaluated as a custom-manufactured item, not as an enlarged computer screen or mass-produced retail object.
A material departure from the ordered product may qualify as a defect. Ordinary production variation does not.
Back to top ↑Color
RGB screens, CMYK printing, device calibration, lighting, ink, coating, fabric, substrate, and production batch all affect perceived color. Exact screen-to-print or prior-order matching is not guaranteed unless a color-critical process is separately purchased and confirmed in writing.
Ordinary shifts in hue, density, saturation, gloss, or appearance under different light are not defects.
Back to top ↑Cutting and Contours
Normal variation may occur in edge smoothness, cut path, crop, border width, fine detail, hair, equipment marks, registration, and contour placement. VoyagePrint may simplify or crop artwork where required for structural integrity or manufacturability.
Small nicks, tool-entry points, substrate fibers, and commercially reasonable cutting variation are not defects.
Back to top ↑Size and Measurement
Measurements may vary because of crop, aspect ratio, substrate movement, material expansion or contraction, finishing, and machine tolerance. A listed dimension may describe a maximum height or width rather than every dimension of an irregular shape.
A reasonable measurement difference does not constitute a defect.
Back to top ↑Materials and Substitutions
Texture, thickness, shade, grain, gloss, stiffness, weave, and other characteristics may vary by batch. VoyagePrint may use a commercially comparable material or production process when the originally contemplated material is unavailable, provided the substitution does not materially change the intended product.
Back to top ↑Image Quality
Blurry, compressed, dark, overexposed, cropped, low-resolution, screenshot, social-media, or messaging-app images may produce visible limitations when enlarged. VoyagePrint may reject a file or produce the best commercially reasonable result.
Enhancement does not guarantee reconstruction of authentic missing detail.
Back to top ↑AI-Assisted Enhancement
VoyagePrint may use AI-assisted denoising, sharpening, enlargement, reconstruction, background removal, segmentation, or generative fill in its workflow. These processes are interpretive. Minor reconstructed details or differences from the source are not defects when the overall result remains commercially reasonable.
Back to top ↑Proofs
Customers must review names, spelling, crop, orientation, image choice, dates, layout, quantities, and other visible content. Approval authorizes production.
Electronic proofs do not accurately simulate color, material texture, coating, reflectivity, exact dimensions, or every production tolerance.
Back to top ↑Fabric and Textiles
Temporary ink or manufacturing odor is normal and is not a defect. Cotton and quilted products may be printed, steamed, washed, dried, or pressed during production, but customers should still launder textile products before use according to the product instructions.
Back to top ↑Quantity Tolerances
Unless an order says otherwise, applicable high-volume products may vary by up to plus or minus ten percent (10%). An underrun within the stated tolerance is accepted as complete. For an underrun outside the tolerance, VoyagePrint may produce the shortage, provide store credit, or adjust the price of the shortage.
Package-priced Team Heads are governed by their package rules rather than a per-piece division.
Back to top ↑Inspection Standard
A defect review considers the product description, approved proof, source file, material, intended viewing distance, manufacturing process, and ordinary commercial tolerance. Extreme magnification or isolated inspection of a nonmaterial variation does not establish a defect.
Back to top ↑Artwork & Customer Content Policy
Who must own the images, what permissions are required, how VoyagePrint may process files, and how proofs and AI-assisted enhancement work.
Sections in this policy
Your Ownership and Authority
You represent that you own or are licensed to use every photograph, logo, design, mark, name, likeness, and other item submitted to VoyagePrint. You authorize VoyagePrint to process and reproduce the content to fulfill the order.
VoyagePrint is a manufacturing service and does not independently clear copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, school, league, team, or photographer rights.
Back to top ↑Photographers and Licensed Images
Professional photographers often retain copyright. The customer must obtain any license required to print, enlarge, crop, modify, or publicly display the photograph. VoyagePrint may ask for permission evidence but is not required to investigate every file.
Back to top ↑Minors and Likeness Rights
By submitting an identifiable minor, you represent that the minor’s parent or legal guardian has authorized the submission and production. Team organizers should obtain appropriate permissions from participating families.
Back to top ↑License to Fulfill the Order
You grant VoyagePrint a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, crop, resize, enhance, transmit, print, cut, assemble, package, and otherwise process Customer Content for production, support, quality assurance, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.
This license does not transfer your ownership and lasts only as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Back to top ↑Portfolio Use and Opt-Out
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant VoyagePrint a limited license to display the finished product or order image in portfolios, samples, social media, website galleries, training, or advertising.
You may opt out by emailing admin@voyageprint.com with the order number. A later opt-out stops reasonable future use but does not require recall of printed or previously distributed materials.
Back to top ↑File Responsibility
You are responsible for spelling, punctuation, names, dates, factual content, image selection, quantities, orientation, product options, and file accuracy. VoyagePrint’s review is not proofreading or legal clearance.
Back to top ↑Image Enhancement and AI
VoyagePrint may use software and AI tools for enlargement, denoising, sharpening, facial restoration, reconstruction, background removal, color adjustment, and similar production tasks. You authorize this processing as part of fulfillment.
AI-created details are approximations and may not be historically or anatomically exact.
Back to top ↑Restricted Content
VoyagePrint may refuse unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, malicious, or otherwise prohibited content, as well as content that creates unreasonable risk to employees, suppliers, platforms, or the public.
VoyagePrint may cancel before production and refund the affected merchandise amount when appropriate.
Back to top ↑Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify VoyagePrint from third-party claims, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from Customer Content, missing licenses or permissions, privacy or publicity violations, inaccurate representations, or unlawful instructions, to the extent permitted by law.
Back to top ↑Storage and Deletion
VoyagePrint may retain files for production, support, repeat ordering, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution, but does not guarantee permanent storage. You must keep your own source files. VoyagePrint may delete inactive files at any time when no legal or operational need requires retention.
Back to top ↑Cooperstown / Oneonta Team Heads Program Agreement
The special rules for automated Team Head production, Oneonta pickup, package pricing, event timing, and customer retrieval.
Sections in this policy
Program Scope
The Cooperstown / Oneonta program applies only to Team Heads specifically offered with the designated pickup option. It supplements the Commercial Terms and all other applicable policies.
Other products, banners, signs, merchandise, or separate orders are not authorized for shipment to the program pickup location unless VoyagePrint gives written approval.
Back to top ↑Designated Pickup Location
Current designated location: The UPS Store, 5001 NY-23, Suite 3, Oneonta, NY 13820. Customers must verify the location displayed at checkout because VoyagePrint may update program logistics.
The pickup point is an independent third party and may charge pickup, storage, forwarding, or handling fees. Those charges are not included unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Back to top ↑Automated Production
The program uses an automated workflow designed for event volume. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission once Production begins.
Customers accept ordinary crop, size, color, contour, hair-detail, and image-quality variation described in the Production Standards Policy.
Back to top ↑Customer Pickup Responsibility
Delivery to the designated pickup point completes VoyagePrint’s delivery obligation except where law requires otherwise. The customer is responsible for identification, retrieval deadlines, pickup fees, storage fees, forwarding, and communication with the receiving location.
Failure to attend the event or retrieve the shipment does not make the custom order refundable.
Back to top ↑Only Authorized Products
The Cooperstown shipping option may be used only for products expressly identified as eligible. Unauthorized products may be separated, rerouted, delayed, returned, or assessed additional shipping or pickup charges.
The customer is responsible for resulting charges and consequences when an ineligible product is directed to the program address without written authorization.
Back to top ↑Package Pricing and Duplicate Pieces
The price reflects preparation, workflow, production, handling, and fulfillment for the package. It is not divided among players, parents, participants, or individual duplicate pieces.
For an omitted duplicate or piece, VoyagePrint may replace the omission, issue store credit, or provide a package-price adjustment based on the difference between applicable package tiers. A customer’s private collection or reimbursement arrangement does not alter VoyagePrint’s package valuation.
Back to top ↑Damage and Missing Pieces
Shipping damage, shortage, or omission should be reported in writing on the day of pickup, with photographs of packaging, labels, all received pieces, and the claimed issue.
Because the program is time-sensitive, an event-time replacement may be impossible. VoyagePrint may provide post-event replacement, package credit, store credit, or another remedy under the Refund & Limited Remedies Policy.
Back to top ↑Carrier Delay and Event Timing
Carrier delay, routing, weather, missed pickup, or event schedule does not create a cash refund right for a custom order. If the shipment arrives after the event, the customer may retrieve it, arrange forwarding at the customer’s expense, or request another resolution VoyagePrint is willing to offer.
Any legally required remedy for unshipped merchandise remains available.
Back to top ↑Copyright and Team Permissions
Submitting a photograph represents that the customer has all rights required to reproduce and display it. VoyagePrint is not responsible for disputes between teams, parents, photographers, leagues, or other rights holders.
Back to top ↑Program Acknowledgment
By selecting Cooperstown / Oneonta fulfillment, the customer acknowledges the designated pickup arrangement, automated production, no-proof workflow, package pricing, event risk, and responsibility for retrieval and third-party fees.
Back to top ↑International Sales Policy
Importer responsibilities, customs, VAT, tariffs, delivery estimates, returns, and mandatory rights for orders shipped outside the continental United States.
Sections in this policy
Importer Responsibility
International customers are responsible for confirming that the product may lawfully enter the destination country and for providing any recipient tax number, identification, permit, or documentation required by customs or the carrier.
Back to top ↑Duties, VAT, and Fees
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, prices are exclusive of import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage, customs handling, local delivery fees, and other destination charges. The recipient must pay those charges directly.
Back to top ↑Customs Delay
Customs inspections, classification decisions, security screening, local holidays, incomplete recipient documentation, and destination-country transportation may cause substantial delay. Estimated dates are not guarantees.
Back to top ↑Refusal or Nonpayment
A custom order returned, destroyed, or abandoned because the recipient refuses charges or fails to complete import requirements remains nonrefundable. Any available reshipment requires payment of all return, storage, correction, duty, and shipping costs.
Back to top ↑Risk and Prohibited Destinations
VoyagePrint may decline or cancel an international order before production when shipment is prohibited, commercially impracticable, or inconsistent with sanctions, export, payment, or carrier requirements.
Back to top ↑Lost International Shipments
VoyagePrint may wait for international carrier and postal investigation procedures. If the shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, VoyagePrint may replace, refund, or otherwise resolve the order as required by the Commercial Terms and applicable law.
Back to top ↑Returns
A return is accepted only with written authorization. The customer is responsible for lawful export, shipping, declarations, and costs unless VoyagePrint determines that it must pay those costs for a verified VoyagePrint error.
Back to top ↑Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes consumer rights that applicable destination law requires for the transaction. Any such rights apply only to the extent they are legally mandatory.
Back to top ↑Payment Disputes & Chargebacks Policy
A calm process for resolving billing disagreements, separating fraud from fulfillment disputes, preserving evidence, and protecting lawful consumer reviews.
Sections in this policy
Contact VoyagePrint First
Before initiating a non-fraud payment dispute, customers should contact admin@voyageprint.com, identify the order, explain the issue, and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and offer the remedy available under the policies.
This request does not prevent a customer from exercising a nonwaivable payment-card or legal right.
Back to top ↑Fraud vs. Merchant Dispute
A customer should report genuinely unauthorized use to the financial institution. A customer who placed or authorized an order should not characterize a fulfillment, quality, delay, or refund disagreement as unauthorized fraud.
Back to top ↑Evidence VoyagePrint May Submit
- order and payment records;
- IP, device, checkout, account, and electronic acceptance records where lawfully available;
- submitted images, product configuration, proof, and approval;
- production records and photographs;
- tracking, delivery, pickup, signature, or carrier evidence;
- emails, marketplace messages, and customer communications;
- the terms and policies presented or linked at purchase.
Return of Disputed Merchandise
When a dispute concerns a delivered item alleged to be defective or materially not as described, VoyagePrint may require preservation and authorized return for inspection. Return instructions and responsibility for shipping depend on the claim, marketplace rules, and applicable law.
Back to top ↑Good-Faith Chargebacks
VoyagePrint may, however, refuse future business for a lawful reason after repeated unsupported disputes, material misrepresentation, failure to return merchandise when required, or abuse of payment systems.
Back to top ↑Review Threats and Payment Demands
A customer may leave an honest review or state an intention to do so. VoyagePrint will not include contract penalties for truthful criticism.
VoyagePrint may stop informal negotiations and preserve evidence when a person demands money, free goods, or unrelated concessions expressly in exchange for withholding, deleting, changing, or preventing a review or public statement, or when communications include harassment, threats, doxxing, or knowingly false factual claims.
Back to top ↑No Precedent
Any goodwill credit, refund, replacement, or settlement is a case-specific resolution and does not amend the policies, admit fault, or require equivalent treatment in another matter.
Back to top ↑Customer Communication Policy
Why VoyagePrint provides written-only support, how complaints are reviewed, and how honest reviews and respectful communication are protected.
Sections in this policy
Written-Only Customer Service
Official support is provided by email, website forms, customer portals, or marketplace messaging. VoyagePrint is not obligated to provide telephone, video, or voice support.
Written service protects customers and VoyagePrint by preserving order details, attachments, dates, and agreed resolutions.
Back to top ↑Response Expectations
VoyagePrint aims to respond during published business hours and may prioritize time-sensitive production issues. Repeated messages across multiple channels can slow review and do not change the order terms or priority.
Back to top ↑Respectful Communication
VoyagePrint will review a good-faith complaint regardless of whether the customer is pleased. Communications may be limited to a designated channel or designated representative if they become abusive, repetitive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or materially disruptive.
Limiting communication does not eliminate any obligation VoyagePrint must still perform.
Back to top ↑Honest Reviews
VoyagePrint does not prohibit or penalize protected consumer reviews. VoyagePrint may respond publicly with truthful transaction facts, while avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal information.
Back to top ↑Final Decisions
After VoyagePrint communicates a final resolution, it may decline to repeat the same explanation. New information relevant to the decision may be submitted in writing for review.
Back to top ↑Records
VoyagePrint may retain messages, attachments, support records, order notes, and related evidence for operational, legal, security, payment, and compliance purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Back to top ↑Commercial, Team & School Orders Policy
Authority, participant relationships, package pricing, purchase orders, protected logos, distribution, and risk allocation for group purchasers.
Sections in this policy
Authority to Order
A coach, organizer, parent representative, school employee, team manager, business buyer, or other purchaser represents that they are authorized to submit the order, content, names, logos, and participant images.
The ordering customer remains responsible for payment and instructions even when costs are collected from participants.
Back to top ↑Participants Are Not Separate Purchasers
Unless VoyagePrint separately invoices each participant, the ordering customer is the contracting purchaser. Parents, players, students, employees, or participants who reimburse the organizer do not receive separate per-piece pricing or refund rights against VoyagePrint.
Back to top ↑Package and Volume Pricing
Package pricing may include setup, design preparation, file processing, quantity efficiency, handling, production, and fulfillment. A private allocation of the total among participants does not determine the value of an omitted piece or refund.
Back to top ↑Purchase Orders and Credit Terms
Schools, businesses, and institutions requesting Net terms remain subject to approved credit, authorized signatories, invoice requirements, late payment, and collection terms. Customer procurement terms do not override VoyagePrint’s Agreement unless an authorized VoyagePrint representative signs a separate written agreement.
Back to top ↑Logos, Schools, Teams, and Leagues
VoyagePrint does not independently verify school, league, photographer, parent, trademark, publicity, or licensing rights. The ordering customer is responsible for all required approvals.
Back to top ↑Distribution and Internal Refunds
VoyagePrint is not responsible for how the organizer collects funds, distributes products, promises deadlines, or reimburses participants. VoyagePrint’s obligations are measured by its package pricing, order record, and policies—not by private arrangements.
Back to top ↑Business Use and Consequential Loss
Lost fundraising proceeds, missed promotions, participant complaints, labor costs, resale margins, event expenses, or other consequential losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The customer should purchase appropriate insurance or contingency supply when those risks are material.
Back to top ↑Privacy Policy
How VoyagePrint processes order information, uploaded photographs and artwork, communications, device data, and privacy requests.
Sections in this policy

Where required, VoyagePrint will provide applicable opt-out mechanisms and honor recognized preference signals.
Back to top ↑Customer Content and Minors
VoyagePrint does not knowingly invite children to create accounts or place orders. An adult submitting an image of a minor represents that they have parental, guardian, or other lawful authority. If you believe a child’s information was submitted without authority, contact VoyagePrint for review.

Retention depends on transaction, warranty, tax, accounting, fraud, chargeback, copyright, security, and dispute requirements. Customer Content may be deleted after fulfillment or retained for repeat ordering, quality, support, portfolio use where authorized, or legal reasons. VoyagePrint does not guarantee permanent file storage.
Back to top ↑Security
Administrative, technical, and physical measures are used in proportion to the business and information. Customers should protect account credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Back to top ↑International Processing
Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, VoyagePrint and its service providers use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

Back to top ↑Accessibility Statement
VoyagePrint’s commitment to accessible online shopping, written assistance, and reasonable alternatives when customers encounter barriers.
Sections in this policy
Commitment
VoyagePrint works toward reasonable accessibility of its website, content, and customer-service processes and seeks to improve compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.
Back to top ↑Ongoing Work
VoyagePrint may review navigation, headings, keyboard use, contrast, labels, alternative text, forms, and document structure as part of ongoing improvements.
Back to top ↑Third-Party Content
VoyagePrint does not control every third-party interface but welcomes reports of barriers and will seek a reasonable alternative where practicable.
Back to top ↑Requesting Assistance
Email admin@voyageprint.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Describe the page, feature, device, assistive technology, and problem. VoyagePrint will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide the requested information or an alternative method.
Back to top ↑No Retaliation
A request for accommodation or report of an accessibility barrier will not affect pricing, order eligibility, or customer treatment except where a requested modification would fundamentally alter the product, create an undue burden, or conflict with law.
Back to top ↑VoyagePrint Customer Bill of Rights
A plain-language statement of the standards customers can expect from VoyagePrint—and the responsibilities that make custom manufacturing work.
Sections in this policy
Clear Information
VoyagePrint will make product descriptions, material limitations, production estimates, and material custom-order restrictions reasonably available before purchase.
Back to top ↑Honest Pricing
VoyagePrint will display or provide the merchandise price, shipping, taxes, and material service fees before acceptance, subject to obvious pricing errors and destination charges such as international duties.
Back to top ↑Respectful Written Service
VoyagePrint will not require threats, public pressure, or repeated contact to review a properly documented issue. Official support is provided in writing to maintain an accurate record.
Back to top ↑Commercially Reasonable Quality
Custom manufacturing includes ordinary variation. A material verified VoyagePrint error will be addressed through the limited remedies in the Agreement.
Back to top ↑A Defined Remedy
Depending on the problem, the remedy may be correction, repair, replacement, reprint, package-price adjustment, store credit, refund, or another legally sufficient resolution.
Back to top ↑Honest Reviews
VoyagePrint does not prohibit or penalize lawful, truthful consumer reviews, including critical reviews.
Back to top ↑Privacy and Content Respect
VoyagePrint processes content for manufacturing, fulfillment, support, security, records, and authorized portfolio use as described in the Privacy and Artwork Policies.
Back to top ↑Mandatory Legal Rights
The “all sales final” rule applies to custom products and does not erase legally mandatory remedies for unshipped merchandise, deception, or other nonwaivable consumer protections.
Back to top ↑Mutual Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information, lawful content, usable images, timely approvals, correct addresses, respectful communications, and sufficient time for manufacturing and shipping.
Back to top ↑Why VoyagePrint Has These Policies
A nonlegal explanation of the practical realities behind final custom sales, replacements, production tolerances, package pricing, and written service.
Sections in this policy
Why Custom Sales Are Final
Once VoyagePrint commits design work, image processing, material, machine time, and labor, the cost exists even if the buyer’s event changes or the buyer no longer wants the product. The final-sale rule allocates that unavoidable custom-production risk to the person who ordered the custom item.
Back to top ↑Why Replacement Comes Before Refund
Replacement puts the customer in the position expected from the order while recognizing that the first custom product, labor, and materials cannot be recovered or resold. Cash refunds remain available when VoyagePrint authorizes one or the law requires one.
Back to top ↑Why Dates Are Estimates
Artwork quality, approval timing, machine maintenance, material availability, weather, carrier routing, customs, and event volume affect delivery. Ordering early is the most reliable protection for an important date.
Back to top ↑Why Screens Do Not Match Print Exactly
The same image will look different across phones, monitors, paper, plastic, fabric, laminate, indoor light, and sunlight. This is why ordinary color variation is not treated as a defect.
Back to top ↑Why Proof Approval Matters
A proof is the final checkpoint for visible content. VoyagePrint still remains responsible for production, but it cannot assume that a customer-approved name, image, crop, or date was unintended.
Back to top ↑Why Team Heads Use Package Pricing
Preparation, workflow, setup, packaging, and quantity efficiencies are priced at the package level. Dividing the total privately among parents does not create a separate retail price for every duplicate.
Back to top ↑Why Support Is Written
Email and messages preserve attachments, dates, promises, addresses, approvals, and resolutions. That record protects the customer as much as it protects VoyagePrint.
Back to top ↑Why Honest Reviews Are Protected
VoyagePrint does not contractually silence honest reviews. It does reserve the right to stop informal negotiations when a demand expressly trades money or free goods for suppressing a review, or when communications become threatening or abusive.
Back to top ↑The Practical Principle
VoyagePrint accepts responsibility for the manufacturing promises it makes. Customers accept responsibility for their files, permissions, choices, addresses, pickup, timing buffer, and private arrangements with teams or participants.
